Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English
- Ability to communicate with guests in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory and calculate order levels
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel or event coordination preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate all details regarding meeting room bookings
- Manage catering services for meetings
- Organize breaks and setup for meeting rooms
- Oversee breakdown of meeting rooms after events
- Respond to and fulfill customer requests
- Maintain communication with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
