Job Requirements
- college degree preferred
- three or more years of experience in a lead planner role in Medical Devices or Life Sciences industry
- proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- knowledge of compliance requirements including meal caps and state and country laws
- ability to travel less than 25%
Job Qualifications

- strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- experience managing complex compliance requirements such as meal caps and transfer of value reporting
- ability to manage multiple priorities and remain adaptable
- college degree from a 4-year institution preferred
Job Duties
- act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure all milestones are communicated and met
- procure ideal and compliant venues for events
- create clear attendee communications and registration websites with a timely communication plan
- coordinate with hotel and vendor partners for logistics such as room sets, AV needs, transportation, and signage
- ensure compliance with healthcare professional requirements
- provide positive and memorable experiences for clients, attendees, and staff from invitation through onsite and departure
