- experience developing and maintaining key client and supplier relationships
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Job Duties
- manage event logistics using the business program/event management system from contract turnover to final billing
- coordinate communication between suppliers and clients, including site inspections
- develop detailed itineraries and working agendas outlining all event specifics
- collaborate with accounting to finalize billing and ensure accurate client invoicing
- maintain accurate records and complete file management per company policies
- serve as the primary client contact, ensuring objectives are met and expectations are clear
- conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
- track and report expenses, manage budgets, and reconcile supplier payments
