Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant experience in hospitality, convention services, event planning or front desk/reservations
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays - flexibility is required when the manager has an event or program in-house

Job Duties
- Assist the Convention Services Manager with in-house groups while they focus on future programs
- Ensure all meeting and event details are executed accurately, including scheduling meetings with Convention Services, Sales, and Catering Managers to review and implement group requirements
- Oversee event setup and execution, including supervising Banquets, A/V, IT, and other operational teams to meet client needs
- Inspect meeting and convention spaces pre- and post-event, ensuring rooms are set according to Meeting/Event Orders and checking for any damages
- Monitor event flow, including breaks and refresh schedules, to ensure services are delivered on time and meet planner expectations
- Attend and contribute to Pre-Convention and Pre-Operational meetings, including trade show meetings with General Service Contractors and confirming walk-in/out inspections
