Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency with event planning software and Microsoft Office
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends

- Proven experience in event planning or coordination

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events and meetings, from initial conception to final execution
- Develop event budgets and timelines, and ensure all events stay within budget and are executed on time
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are communicated and executed effectively
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to secure the best services and prices for events
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs
- Create and distribute event invitations and manage RSVPs
- Coordinate event registration and handle attendee inquiries
- Develop event agendas and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and available
- Monitor and track event expenses and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future improvements
- Act as the main point of contact for event attendees and handle any issues or concerns that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into events
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all health and safety regulations
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
