Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in staffing, coaching, and performance management preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and retention preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for smaller meetings and events
  • Provide support for larger and more complex meetings and events
  • Coordinate guest services including arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, and event security
  • Create hospitable environments for attendees, event owners, and vendors
  • Assist with conference room turnover, midday refresh, and reconfiguration of indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Respond to event activities including gathering supplies, equipment, food and beverage services, and facility security
  • Conduct room setup, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items
  • Maintain outlines of space configurations and décor possibilities
  • Complete room checks and troubleshoot audio and technical issues
  • Manage small inventory of event supplies
  • Coordinate master meeting and events calendar for small to medium-sized event spaces
  • Communicate event schedules with team and service providers
  • Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation
  • Escalate issues and concerns as appropriate
  • Follow defined procedures and solve straightforward problems under close supervision
