- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Fulfill physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Ability to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for planning and coordination of evening and weekend meetings
- Provide technical audiovisual assistance to meeting guests and act as backup to Conference Center technology specialist
- Assist meeting planners with event reporting and scheduling
- Oversee Conference Center turnover and room refresh
- Identify and resolve typical and atypical problems during events without supervisor approval
- Follow standardized procedures and work under moderate supervision
- Assist with additional duties assigned by the Property Manager including front desk reception coverage
