Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- In-depth knowledge of job-related processes and procedures
- Problem-solving expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to meet physical requirements including lifting and standing
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track the statuses
- Provide administrative aid to the event team as needed
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, and entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures ensuring the safety of all individuals
- Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally
- Coordinate guest services such as arrival experience, transportation, signage, displays, special needs, printing, and event security
- Assist with conference room turnover and midday room refresh
- Respond to event activities including gathering supplies, coordinating food and beverage services, and managing facility security
- Organize and track event supplies inventory and alert team when new orders are required
- Escalate potential issues and concerns appropriately
- Suggest improvements to existing processes to improve team efficiency
- Lead by example modeling CBRE RISE values and guide the team in applying best practices
