Job Duties
- process reservations through shared mailbox
- reserve appropriate space and communicate with assigned Planning Manager
- coordinate with internal departments such as Food & Beverage, Audio-Visual, Transportation, and Conference Floor to meet customer requests
- verify meeting room setups prior to assigned meetings
- ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
- maintain an energetic and approachable demeanor
- assist in enhancing the overall Conference Services experience
