Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in foodservice or hospitality management
- Ability to work with clients at all organizational levels
- Strong communication skills
- Vendor management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to assist with event setup and cleanup including lifting
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Experience in event planning or meeting coordination preferred

- Understanding of sustainability and sanitation requirements
Job Duties
- Provide event coordination and assist in setup or cleanup for onsite events including catering, AV, office supplies, and logistics management
- Work closely with executive assistants and meeting hosts for seamless event execution
- Manage calendars of various spaces to optimize utilization and prevent scheduling conflicts
- Reserve and confirm reservation requests for conference rooms and event spaces
- Place orders for catering ensuring accurate specifications and timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Monitor email inbox and employee requests while prioritizing communications and drafting professional responses
