Job Requirements
- Minimum one year guest contact or customer experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexible scheduling and shift times between 6am-7:30pm
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Reliable and organized

Job Duties
- Manage and communicate any changes or special requests to relevant departments such as housekeeping and front desk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group clients, addressing reservation needs, modifications, and inquiries
- Assist group guests with any issues or special requests during their stay, ensuring a seamless experience
- Liaise with the sales, catering, and front office teams to ensure group room logistics are well coordinated
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to monitor room availability, group rate adjustments, and optimize yield for group blocks
- Collaborate with Revenue team to ensure that groups are charged accordingly for no-shows, cancellations, and early departures per the Resort's policies
- Maintain up-to-date records of group reservations and communication logs, communicating these updates effectively to clients
