Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or project management or related field
- 1+ years experience in event planning and execution
- Ability to work office-based in Cincinnati
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 30% including weekends

- Ability to work office-based in Cincinnati
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Project Management or related field
- 1+ years experience in planning, scheduling, and executing large and small in-person and virtual events
- Effective time management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and timetables
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel 30% of the time, sometimes weekends
Job Duties
- Maintain effective and efficient communication
- Create and maintain project timelines, and ensure outside parties are held responsible for meeting deadlines
- Oversee registrations and follow-up with attendees
- Coordinate logistics and event execution with various outside vendors
- Prepare materials, reports, and conduct or designate the responsibility of required quality checks
- Travel onsite to meetings, greeting guests and attending the hospitality desk during meetings, resolving issues related to hotel, flight, and other travel needs
- May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned
