Job Duties

  • Answers general questions in an accurate and pleasant manner
  • takes initiative to assist each guest
  • behaves courteously and professionally with employees and guests
  • greets guests and fosters a welcoming atmosphere
  • carries and displays approved signage visibly
  • volunteers assistance and circulates in luggage area
  • directs guests to proper areas such as check-in counters and waiting areas
  • qualifies guests with transfers and consults manifest
  • sells transportation proactively and handles transactions accurately
  • provides information regarding transportation, pier experience, and sailing
  • ensures special needs guests are handled respectfully
  • escorts guests to buses and controls guest flow
  • performs luggage sweep and reports leftover luggage
  • cleans workstation and submits paperwork
  • performs additional duties as assigned by management
