Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience interacting with and relating deeply to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- At least 4-5 years experience with medication management

Job Duties
- Assist residents with medication management including pouring and passing medications in strict compliance with physicians orders
- Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and maintain the medication room neat and organized
- Monitor psychotropic medication use and ensure it aligns with physician orders and resident behaviors
- Assist residents with personal care services such as bathing dressing grooming and bathroom use
- Assist residents with mobility including escorting and transferring
- Assist residents with housekeeping including making beds and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Utilize electronic health records and other systems to accurately track and deliver resident care
- Observe residents for safety and report any changes in condition or pertinent information to Resident Services Director
