Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role preferably in a medical, spa, or wellness setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- tech proficiency including comfort with iPads, scheduling software, CRM tools, and general digital platforms
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- adaptability and flexibility to support a fast-paced, evolving environment
- enthusiastic, friendly, and confident demeanor

- bonus familiarity with the aesthetics or beauty industry

Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- managing front desk tasks including patient check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls
- handling iPads and ensuring accurate charting and patient information input
- managing CRMs and multiple software platforms for appointment booking and patient data
- assisting with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and backend data management
- ensuring all patients have a seamless and positive experience
- supporting the team with day-to-day operations and maintaining flexibility to assist where needed
