Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- certification required according to state regulations
- knowledge and experience working with elderly residents
- preferred experience with dementia care
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English in an understandable manner
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- full use of hands, arms, and legs
Job Qualifications
