Job Requirements
- active health insurance license
- live in Nashville, TN
- comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and community engagement
- experience working with community service, retail, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- valid state driver's license
- proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 25/25/10 coverage or higher
- ability to travel occasionally for training or meetings
- availability for full-time, 40 hour weekly schedule
Job Qualifications
- active health insurance license
- residence in Nashville, TN
- comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes
- experience engaging with the community through service, retail, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- valid state driver's license
- proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting coverage limits
- active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred
- more than one year experience selling Medicare products preferred
- experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred
- familiarity with Salesforce and CRM preferred
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- bilingual in English and Spanish with fluency preferred
Job Duties
- build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits providing personalized experience
- self-generate sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana's presence in the market by building relationships in the community
- engage with customers through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
- perform face-to-face visits in prospective members' homes as a necessary part of the role
