Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of CME guidelines

- Experience with scheduling and event coordination
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Job Duties
- Coordinate scheduling of clerkship calendar for third year medical students
- Coordinate with faculty to distribute students on clinical service rotations during their clerkship
- Coordinate with faculty and residents to schedule lectures and examinations
- Prepare syllabus, case summaries and proctor exams
- Correlate grades and other activities associated with the clerkship
- Assist with submitting final grade to Academic and Student Affairs
- Collect data and report student evaluations for the rotation
- Provide support to the Medical Education Director in administration of the medical student program
- Serve as liaison between program director, faculty, residents, and medical students
- Conduct orientation sessions for medical student clerkships
- Ensure proper materials are available for each lecture in accordance with copyright guidelines
- Assist Program Director with updating syllabus and training materials
- Facilitate committee meetings for Grand Rounds program
- Maintain files according to CME guidelines
- Attend grand rounds events and ensure room setup
- Facilitate sign in desk and track attendees
- Compile and summarize attendee feedback
- Coordinate with speakers to gather documents for APA/ACCME requirements
- Submit honorarium and speaker reimbursements
- Make travel and hotel arrangements
- Prepare presentation handouts and evaluations
- Submit publicity information
- Coordinate review of presentations with moderators
- Send thank you and feedback to speakers
- Assist psychology training program directors with recruitment and orientation of new trainees
- Assist with department event planning
- Provide support for faculty
- Assist in answering department phone calls and office coverage
