Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the spa's calendar
- provide detailed information about our services, packages, and products
- assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments and products based on their needs
- process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- maintain a clean and organized reception area and spa environment
- procure, place, promote and manage product inventory
- collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences
- actively contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting upselling opportunities
- stay updated on industry trends, products, and treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients
