Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalency
- Prior experience in long-term care environment preferred

Job Duties
- Answers phones and transfers calls to appropriate staff members as well as takes clear and concise messages
- Greet visitors as they enter the facility providing direction and maintaining visitor log
- Understand emergency procedures and respond to residents, staff, visitors, and building emergencies following established policies
- Maintain an orderly work area
- Exhibit appropriate behavior and communication with staff, residents, visitors, and vendors
- Maintain resident confidentiality and treat residents with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Comply with Residents' Rights and assure resident safety, promptly reporting all complaints, accidents, and incidents to supervisor
- Attend and participate in orientation, educational in-services, and required annual training
- Assist the Business Office Manager with accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and resident account functions
- Assist with special projects and other duties as requested
