Job Requirements
- Post high school office procedures preferred
- minimum one year of clerical and/or receptionist experience or six months in a medical setting
- customer service experience
- degree or relevant certificate such as Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Health Unit Coordinator may be substituted for experience
- ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
- excellent communication skills
- discretion and professionalism

Job Duties
- Greeting patients with professionalism and warmth
- answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- assisting patients and their families with inquiries and scheduling
- performing patient registration and charge entry accurately
- posting payments and maintaining batch balancing
- conducting cash reconciliation and balancing
- operating various office equipment efficiently
