Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to work three 12-hour shifts weekly (full-time) or two shifts weekly (part-time) with weekend shifts
- willingness to travel to multiple ConvenientMD locations within a one-hour commute
- ability to attend training shifts outside primary clinic
- high school diploma or GED
- effective communicator
- detail-oriented
- compassionate and patient-focused
- skilled in multitasking and organization
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- trustworthy with confidential information
- ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- complete patient registration and ensure accurate information on all required forms
- address patient inquiries in person and over the phone regarding insurance and billing
- collect payments including insurance co-pays and prescription charges following clinic policies
- manage patient reservations both online and walk-in to ensure efficient clinic flow
- assist with scheduling specialist referrals and follow-up appointments
- maintain the reception area organized and perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining daily logs
- utilize multiple software systems for scheduling, patient records, and financial transactions
- answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
- support ill or distressed patients with available resources
- act as a resource for CMD services and offerings to patients
