Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program, or nursing assistant program or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide high level customer service to physicians, patients, and internal/external customers
- Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff, and patients in a timely, confidential manner
- Demonstrated analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others in person or via telephone
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Check in and out patients per established protocols
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Register patients accurately
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate professionally with physicians and clinic staff
