Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Skilled in operating a computer including mouse and keyboard

Job Duties
- Registers patients by collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information
- Greets, directs, and assists patients with inquiries
- Answers telephone calls to schedule appointments and handle patient matters
- Prepares patient records by reviewing electronic medical records
- Handles insurance inquiries and completes necessary paperwork
- Processes and distributes written communications and documents accurately
- Provides age-appropriate patient care and communication according to guidelines
