Job Duties
- Greet patients and establish a friendly intake and checkout experience
- Maintain patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Answer phones promptly and courteously
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Register patients and verify insurance details
- Handle billing and payment collection including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
- Adhere to all applicable clinic policies and procedures
