Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in medical reception or patient service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various departments
- proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
- bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
- schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- maintain regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
- collect co-pays from patients
- manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
