Job Duties
- Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- Communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, operational leaders, and business development teams
- Collect co-pays from patients
- Manage payer approvals
- Conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
