Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to greet and register patients effectively
- experience handling appointments and scheduling
- capable of communicating with multiple external and internal stakeholders
- competent in managing co-pays and insurance verifications
- basic computer skills
- availability for per diem weekday shifts
Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or medical receptionist role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- basic knowledge of insurance processes and authorizations
- proficiency in using scheduling and office management software
Job Duties
- Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment
- schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
- collect co-pays from patients
- manage payer approvals
- conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
