Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
ability to greet and register patients effectively
experience handling appointments and scheduling
capable of communicating with multiple external and internal stakeholders
competent in managing co-pays and insurance verifications
basic computer skills
availability for per diem weekday shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
experience in customer service or medical receptionist role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
basic knowledge of insurance processes and authorizations
proficiency in using scheduling and office management software

Job Duties

Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment
schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
communicate regularly with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
collect co-pays from patients
manage payer approvals
conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
