- No prior experience required

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work full-time on weekdays, schedule to be determined

Job Duties
- Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
- Maintain regular communication with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders and business development team
- Collect copays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
