Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in medical office or customer service preferred
- Proficiency with telephone, computer, and related devices
- Ability to stand and walk for periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Customer service/administration
- Greet all patients and offer beverage
- Check patients in and make sure schedule reflects appointment status
- Check patients out and schedule next appointment
- Maintain accountability for the schedule book
- Introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel that will assist with their concerns
- Conduct confirmation calls for appointments
