Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to physicians, patients and other internal or external customers
- Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner
- Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment
- Effective communication skills

- High school education or equivalent preferred
- One year post-secondary education with coursework in business, medical assistant program or nursing assistant program or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel preferred
- Fluency in Spanish preferred depending on position available
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others in person and via telephone
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Check in and check out patients per established protocols
- Schedule patient appointments and register patients
- Manage computer, faxing, and scanning duties related to clinic operations
- Work professionally with physicians, clinic staff, and patients to facilitate timely and confidential services
- Maintain a high level of customer service for physicians, patients, and internal and external customers
