Job Duties

  • Facilitating the efficient and timely entry of patients to the office setting
  • greeting all patients in a professional manner
  • handing out literature and forms to be filled out by patients and checking for accuracy and completion
  • copying insurance ID cards and driver07s licenses
  • supporting front office business administrators and Office Manager in various operations and tasks
  • pulling and filing patient records
  • performing some telephone communication with patients
  • setting up new patient charts
  • screening patients and employees daily upon entry
  • checking patients in and out
  • rooming patients and maintaining social distancing guidelines
  • wearing proper personal protective equipment
  • sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed
