Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office equipment and software
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and office tasks
  • Flexibility to complete training in office and work remotely thereafter

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • One to two years experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to use multi-line telephones and various office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Promote a healthy work environment
  • Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
  • Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
  • Phone support including incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scan and fax documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality related to patients, family, and employees
  • Answer telephones and route calls or deliver messages
  • Employ professional manners and tact in customer interactions
  • Receive and distribute messages, packages, and supplies
  • Implement day-to-day service operations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Demonstrate competency with office equipment including PC terminals, telephones, copier, email system, and fax machine
