Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of office equipment and software
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and office tasks
- Flexibility to complete training in office and work remotely thereafter
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
- One to two years experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to use multi-line telephones and various office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Promote a healthy work environment
- Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
- Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
- Phone support including incoming and outgoing calls
- Scan and fax documentation
- Maintain confidentiality related to patients, family, and employees
- Answer telephones and route calls or deliver messages
- Employ professional manners and tact in customer interactions
- Receive and distribute messages, packages, and supplies
- Implement day-to-day service operations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Demonstrate competency with office equipment including PC terminals, telephones, copier, email system, and fax machine
