Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age required
- Ability to work professionally with physicians, clinic staff and patients in a timely, confidential manner
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical, prioritization and organizational skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to team environment
- Enrollment in a participating Omaha Public Schools high school
- High school junior or senior status

- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred one year post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service or medical scheduling
- Preferred nursing assistant or medical assistant background
- Preferred knowledge of medical terminology
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred fluency in Spanish depending on position
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and welcoming patients and others in person or via telephone
- Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Check in and check out patients per established protocols
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Register patients accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clinic staff, and patients
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
