Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • ability to work Monday to Friday day shift
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • reliable and punctual
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • proficiency with office software and phone systems

Job Duties

  • greet patients and visitors and provide assistance as needed
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • manage appointment scheduling
  • maintain reception area and ensure it is welcoming and neat
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • update and maintain patient records and databases
  • coordinate communication between patients and healthcare staff
