Job Duties
- Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner
- answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, take messages, and provide information
- register patients according to the clinic's protocol
- prepare a new patient's chart with correct information and paperwork
- balance cash drawer at the end of each business day
- perform other basic clerical duties as assigned
- maintain forms and supplies required for front desk activities
- attend staff and educational meetings
- adhere to the dress code, attendance, and all other company policies and procedures
