- Experience with reproductive healthcare in a clinical office or hospital setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR)

Job Duties
- Responding to patient requests and coordinating services
- Answering questions, providing patient education and referrals
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and co-workers
- Assisting with keeping appointments on time and optimizing the flow
- Performing all front office responsibilities as required by the health center
- Establishing and preparing documents for patient records and services
- Completing patient insurance information and entering visit data
- Providing non-judgmental, client-centered care
- Utilizing knowledge of birth control methods and reproductive health services for patient education
- Completing patient check-in including income screening, explanation of funding and payment options
- Explaining types of coverage or funding to patients and referring for insurance signup
- Maintaining patient accounts by updating personal and financial information
- Recording and collecting patient payments and soliciting donations
- Maintaining safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control procedures
- Maintaining HIPAA compliance regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Supporting health center operations by following policies and procedures
- Assisting in resolution of health center flow issues
- Participating in agency research projects and productivity efforts
- Completing training, certification and competencies as assigned
- Attending meetings and training as required
