Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in operating multi-line telephones and PC
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as copier and fax machine
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to participate in orientation and continuing education
  • Capacity to perform light physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • One to two years' experience preferred
  • Competency in using PC and office software
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supplies

Job Duties

  • Promote a healthy work environment
  • Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
  • Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs or concerns
  • Provide phone support including incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scan and fax documentation
  • Receive and distribute messages, packages and supplies
  • Maintain confidentiality related to patients, family, and employees
  • Implement day-to-day operations of specific service or environment
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Display competency in using office equipment including PC terminals, telephones, copier, e-mail system, and fax machine
