Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating multi-line telephones and PC
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copier and fax machine
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to participate in orientation and continuing education
- Capacity to perform light physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
- One to two years' experience preferred
- Competency in using PC and office software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of office equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Promote a healthy work environment
- Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
- Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs or concerns
- Provide phone support including incoming and outgoing calls
- Scan and fax documentation
- Receive and distribute messages, packages and supplies
- Maintain confidentiality related to patients, family, and employees
- Implement day-to-day operations of specific service or environment
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Display competency in using office equipment including PC terminals, telephones, copier, e-mail system, and fax machine
