Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One to two years experience preferred
  • Ability to operate multi-line telephones
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supplies
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Capability to work collaboratively with staff and management

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • One to two years experience preferred
  • Participation in orientation and continuing education
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to operate multi-line telephones, PC and office equipment
  • Knowledge of service-related terminology

Job Duties

  • Promote a healthy work environment
  • Work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
  • Review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs, and concerns
  • Provide phone support including incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scan and fax documentation
  • Maintain accuracy in schedules based on provider preference sheets and office standards
