Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • one to two years’ relevant experience preferred
  • knowledge of multi-line telephones, PC terminals and office equipment
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work collaboratively with others
  • good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • one to two years’ experience preferred
  • participates in orientation and continuing education
  • good communication skills both oral and written

  • competency with office equipment and PC software

Job Duties

  • Promote a healthy work environment
  • work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
  • review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
  • collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
  • handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • scan and fax documentation
  • maintain confidentiality and use appropriate communication skills during phone calls
