Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency in using multi-line telephone systems
- competency in operating office equipment including PCs, copiers, fax machines, and email systems
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work in an office setting with possible remote work after training
- physical ability to perform light work including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent
- business school or formal secretarial training a plus
- one to two years experience preferred
- good communication skills both oral and written
- good interpersonal skills
- customer service orientated
- proficiency with multi-line telephones
- competency with PC terminals, copiers, fax machines, email systems
- knowledge of office equipment and supplies
- solid understanding of service-related terminology
Job Duties
- promote a healthy work environment
- work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
- review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
- collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
- phone support - incoming and outgoing phone calls
- scanning and faxing documentation
- receive and distribute messages, packages and supplies to the appropriate person or place
