Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of general office or customer service experience
  • student experience must be detailed if applicable
  • ability to perform cashier functions
  • proficient computer and data entry skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask
  • punctual and reliable
  • understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Receive and screen incoming calls
  • schedule and greet patients
  • collect payments and copays
  • ensure effective patient flow
  • update and verify patient intake and demographic information
  • manage checkout and appointment scheduling
  • post and reconcile daily patient payments
