Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona, a comprehensive healthcare system dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care across various specialties. - Greet and register patients

- collect co-payments and obtain financial information
- answer phone calls courteously

- obtain prior authorizations for visits and testing
- enter charge entry data as required
- ensure positive customer service atmosphere
