Job Requirements

- Previous medical office and/or insurance experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet patients and manage their registration process
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect co-payments and manage financial arrangements including Medicare coverage
- Answer phone calls and provide information to patients in the waiting area
- Serve as the first point of service ensuring excellent patient experience
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff
