Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- practice management system knowledge
- patient scheduling capabilities
- insurance plan understanding
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask
- capability to follow HIPAA regulations
- prolonged sitting and some physical activity including walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching
- good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- normal range of hearing and eyesight
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- experience with Raintree Practice Management System is a plus
- strong relationship building and customer service skills
- ability to maintain confidential documents
- ability to demonstrate active listening and provide and receive feedback objectively
- strong team player attributes
- ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere
Job Duties
- Greets warmly and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators and any external connections
- clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
- responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with professionalism and care in a timely manner and returning voicemails same day received
- maintains higher than 85% answer call rate
- participates in and adheres to the HIPAA policies and procedures of Therapy Partner Group
- escalates patient issues and concerns, as needed, to local Clinical leadership and Regional Front Office management
- schedules patient’s initial evaluations and follow up visits through plan of care
