Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in data entry or related administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Ability to work Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to noon

Job Duties

  • Greeting warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators and any external connections
  • Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care
  • Works closely with Billing Department, Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient flow
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Participates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group
  • Reviews Copay collection reports and helps identify accounts that may need to be reviewed
  • Audits Journeys/Dashboard to ensure they are being worked on in a timely manner
  • Audits Payer Direct Portal to ensure notes are being uploaded/AUTHs pulled
  • Checks FOC Chats to ensure messages are being responded to and worked on
  • Chart audit day’s in advance to ensure we have charts with documents and AUTHs as required
