Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to noon

Job Duties
- Greeting warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators and any external connections
- Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care
- Works closely with Billing Department, Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient flow
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Participates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group
- Reviews Copay collection reports and helps identify accounts that may need to be reviewed
- Audits Journeys/Dashboard to ensure they are being worked on in a timely manner
- Audits Payer Direct Portal to ensure notes are being uploaded/AUTHs pulled
- Checks FOC Chats to ensure messages are being responded to and worked on
- Chart audit day’s in advance to ensure we have charts with documents and AUTHs as required
