Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
- experience scheduling for providers
- prior clinic or healthcare administrative experience preferred
- familiarity with VA systems such as CPRS/VISTA GUI is a plus
- strong organizational and customer service skills
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, to be renewed annually
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills
- clinic experience preferred
- VA experience a plus, familiarity with CPRS/VISTA GUI
- Basic Life Support certification
Job Duties
- Greet patients for check-in or check-out
- verify all clinical reminders have been completed before discharge
- maintain patient records and enrollment tasks
- assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies
- perform additional administrative duties such as phones, filing, and maintaining the office
- ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- provide high-quality customer service
