Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in consecutive or non-consecutive days
- for full-time: able to work three 12-hour shifts a week with at least four shifts a month on weekends
- for part-time: able to work two 12-hour shifts per week with at least two shifts a month on weekends
- for per diem: able to work four 12-hour shifts per month ideally one shift per week
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations within one hour distance
- ability to travel for training shifts outside primary clinic
- high school diploma or GED required

- medical receptionist certification (bonus)
- previous medical receptionist or customer service experience (bonus)
- familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes (bonus)
- experience using electronic medical records and billing software (bonus)
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- complete patient registrations and update new and existing patient records
- collect payments, insurance co-pays, and prescription charges following clinic financial policies
- manage patient reservations (online and walk-in) and scheduling
- handle insurance and billing inquiries with clear communication
- coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations
- answer and direct phone calls professionally and maintain organized reception areas
