Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills with at least one year preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- One year clinical experience preferred
- One year experience with EPIC system preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for patients entering the clinic
- Provide front desk coverage and patient greeting
- Perform data entry and patient registration
- Act as cashier and process payments
- Complete necessary medical and administrative forms
- Conduct phone triage to refer calls to the appropriate professionals
- Update electronic medical records, file documents, and perform scanning tasks
