Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- one to two years experience preferred
- knowledge of multi-line telephones
- knowledge of PC and appropriate software
- knowledge of office equipment and supplies
- good communication skills both oral and written
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- customer service orientated
- ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift as required

Job Duties
- promote a healthy work environment
- work collaboratively with CNY Family Group
- review CCDs for CNY Family Group and route to appropriate team members
- collaborate and communicate regularly with management regarding goals, needs/concerns
- phone support - incoming and outgoing phone calls
- scanning and faxing documentation
- maintain confidentiality related to patients, family and employees
- answer telephone and route calls to proper person
- record and deliver messages
- use appropriate diction and grammar in conversations
- employ professional manners and tact in all dealings
- receives and distributes messages, packages and supplies to appropriate person or place
- implement the day-to-day operations of specific service or environment
- maintain a safe and secure environment
